On the day stationery

On the day stationery plays a key role in making your wedding feel cohesive and personal to you as a couple.

Not only this, but it provides guests with useful information, to help them navigate the day with ease; for instance, a beautiful welcome sign with a timeline of your day, or a table plan and place cards to help move guests to their seats efficiently. These can be both beautiful and functional, and help set the tone of your day.

The more essential stationery

Stationery essential to your day includes elements such as:

  • Table plan

  • Place cards

  • Welcome sign (this can be coupled with your welcome sign or timeline of the day to save space)

  • Table numbers

  • Reserved chair tags for your immediate family during the wedding ceremony

‘Nice to have’ stationery

Some stationery is not essential, but can be chosen to bring even more personality to your day, or provide more information to guests. These can include, but are not limited to:

  • Order of service cards/booklets

  • Menus (individual or 1-2 per table)

  • Vow books

  • Smaller, useful signage, e.g. for cards & gifts, bar signage, unplugged ceremony, in memory signs

  • Guestbook sign
